Absolutely, I was just referencing 247's in house metric they use to project physical ability at the next level. Ritzie is a freak athlete, wouldn't surprise me a bit to see him go to 5* if he has big senior season. That 200 time breaks down to 4.5 40yd split. That's insane speed for a guy his size.

Not me. Steve Wiltfong said in a podcast interview the other day that Ritzie had a 5.0 NFL projectability score which was the same as Julio Jones. It's not hard to see why, Ritze is a pure athlete at 6'5 270lbs and at his size ran 200-meter split of 22.7 seconds during last years track season...

RaRa is Ritzie's HS teammate. Doesn't give me the fuzzies.

Not liking what RaRa Dillworth just posted on Twitter at all.

For TN to get to elite status !

Agreed, in a few years we'll find out how much UNC learned from it's past. Mack had them on the cusp in the 90's and they fumbled the next hire. He'll leave them with a loaded roster, tons of $$ and great facilities but it'll be the next hire that makes or breaks UNC football for the future.

For TN to get to elite status !

I never said we weren't. I said as long as he's doing well in NC, we'd have to work that much harder because NC has always been an area we've done very well in and that's loaded with talent right next door. It doesn't make either argument wrong, I'm just glad it's working right now. If FSU or...

For TN to get to elite status !

That single $25m gift was earmarked for football on the heels (pun intended) of them spending nearly $100m in the last year on paying their assistants top 15 money, building a new practice complex and renovating their football center. Maybe I'm just showing my age in knowing the exact formula...

For TN to get to elite status !

That's the point! That's not something to beat our chests about because it makes the UNC job that much easier and when they win, they recruit the sh*t out of NC and we don't. Who cares if it's easy, if you win and you put kids in the league, good for you, not for us. I'd have probably taken a...

Mack was only fired because he didn't meet the standard that he himself set for the decade prior when he won on average 11 games a year and played for 2 national championships. His last 3 years at Texas he still won an average of 8.5 games a year and they've been searching for Mack's replacement...

Y'all thought I was kidding. I love what JP is doing right now but I wasn't kidding when I said UNC is trying to build something in football like they never have before and they have the resources and talent to do it. UNC Football Receives Record Financial Gift

Look I get it, and it's easy to oversimplify and throw out quick retorts about his age but Mack isn't some chump. A lot of you forget that he's coached in a national championship game in the last decade, he's coached in 2 since we've played in our last. He isn't going to fade away. He's built a...

For TN to get to elite status !

You’re talking about a fluid metric. Fans come and go with winning. If any of you remember college football in the early to mid 90’s, you’ll recall UNC having one of the best fan bases in the country. That doesn’t define what UNC football has going it, I can promise you that. They’re the...

For TN to get to elite status !

Lifetime Vol fan and longtime lurker from Asheville, NC, but I felt the need to respond to this having been in NC and in Texas during the Mack years. The first big issue in your assumption is comparing Butch to Mack to try and make similar their 2 trajectories. Butch was a nobody from a G5...
