Are Yoi Watching Lady Vol Coaching Staff

Was going to leave this stinker alone but just can't do it. One, you play in the SEC so I will have to straight up admit you would know an awful lot about cupcakes. You have SC and that's it. No other team comes even close to contending. MS? Oh my god. I can't laugh anymore about that. If ever...

Tennessee Played Well But Not In The Cards

Muffet has been afflicted with the dreaded, "throw it inside to the big girl" disease that seems to be going around. It would appear that the team, big girl included, hasn't quite bought into this deviation from a movement style offense yet.

Tennessee Played Well But Not In The Cards

I would have preferred a Tennessee win over the puffed up little pretenders but it didn't pan out. Not quite sure how you imagine MS being more than a teeny maroon colored splat on the Baylor windshield or any of the other teams I mentioned but I suppose hope springs eternal and all that...

Tennessee Played Well But Not In The Cards

Got to disagree, as politely as I'm able. It's a given UConn would/will wallop MS by 40 or 50 again if their paths cross. Even without the big three. Baylor would score 130 on them since, well, apparently that's Baylor's thing this year. Maryland would administer a curb stomping, South Carolina...

    Other Games

Wouldn't believe how awful both teams look if I wasn't seeing it with my own two eyes. - especially SC after all of the talk about how the road to the final four is going to be through them this year Yellow brick road, maybe.

    Uconn is in trouble..

I don't know when this started but for the last decade or so there has been a standing invitation for any coach & their staff to sit in on practices. I've lost count over the years of the UConn players who have noted that they looked forward to games because, "they're a hell of a lot easier...

    UConn getting Duke calls?

Apparently it's not only the players who get the big game jitters.

    South Caroline Gamecocks Eliminated

Dunno. I think that green tinted bunch in South Bend will be starting five AA's and have six or seven more lined up and ready to go on the bench. Or then there's Maryland who supposedly snagged the best recruiting class ever. Things are going to be a lot more exciting next year all over...

So Long and Farewell to Moore and Graves

All things considered your two players came far and did well. And they leave a respected university with degrees in hand and not a dime of student loans hanging over them. Perhaps there's some pro time to be played, perhaps not. That degree is the thing and I for one want to stand up and applaud...

    Mississippi State

Yeah, I'll cop to liking UConn and have been a fan for a long time. That doesn't mean I don't like Tennessee. I like the women's game and really like it when it's played the way basketball was meant to be played. Fluid motion, passing, good shooting, with more smiles on the court than scowls...

I think the larger part of this is what happens when you mistake your opinion for, "indisputable". It happens all the time. Having worked in a psych hospital for almost two decades if there's one thing I know better than to waste my time on is trying to reason with someone's indisputable opinion.

Can't believe this post..... why can't someone choose what their vocation will be? Is UConn's coach less of a person because he chooses to coach "girls" as you say? Tyler Summitt was asked about his choice to coach WCBB vs the guys... and he said he prefers the women's game.... and would rather...

This will be the last of this for me. It's been years now that Auriemma has had an open gym policy for anyone, coaches, players, whomever, who wants to watch what they do in practice where all of the good stuff happens. For years now. A few have shown up and their programs improved accordingly...

I'm not even going to try to address any of these except to ask you for an example of any coach who has ever crossed over to the other side. Ever. Anywhere. Got a name to go with that preposterous notion? I'll pull up a comfortable chair.
