I agree. I don't think Dooley made the decision to hire Sunseri. Dooley may not be a good football coach, but he isn't dumb. There's no way he hired Sunseri to come install a 3/4 defense, a 2-3 year project, in a year that he HAD to win. Hart made the Sunseri decision to lay the groundwork...

Sunseri can't be a Dooley hire. Sunseri brought a 3/4 defense, a complete change of philosophy. Unless Dooley is a complete idiot (which is possible), he wouldn't completely change the defensive philosophy in a year that he HAD to win. Surely, Sunseri is a Hart hire.
