I may have missed it but this was the first time in four years that Kirk Herbstreet didn’t mention Art Briles during the broadcast. I think the realism of coach Heup just might be starting to sink into the talking heads.

I love how much these players love each other! Their faces light up talking about their teammates. The culture is incredible.
