Depends on your definition of successful. Only once or twice in history has a true freshman won the national championship. those teams had much better defenses than we will (potentially) have also.

But there is not going to be a solution by Friday the 19th. NCAA will give their response and then the courts will spend months making a ruling.

According to the Knoxville News, players aren't paid by UT until they enroll. (Revenue sharing money) NIL can be paid prior to enrolling but those deals have to clear the NIL Clearinghouse, so I highly doubt he has received anything yet.
