In my experience it’s baseless. DEI creates suspicion.

It made me assume that there are people who do think black professionals are unqualified and thus felt the need to create DEI. I’ve flown with, trained and been trained by black pilots and still haven’t found one that I wouldn’t trust to fly my family.

I agree my taxes should not be supporting the lifestyles of other Americans and doubly so for immigrants. Not gonna happen though.
