My sentiments exactly! His 400m time I saw were pretty impressive too considering it doesn’t look like it’s a race he was seriously training for from what I can tell. I look forward to seeing how CJH will scheme for him.

I agree. Him being a triple jumper tells me he has explosion. He just needs the proper S&C as you stated. I was really commenting mostly on the 100m time and how a poor start out of the blocks could give the impression he’s not as fast. Thinking it could be a technique thing. I also don’t know...

I haven’t seen any footage on his 100m but it could be he just isn’t good at coming out of the blocks. That can really hurt someone’s time in the 100m. His 200m proves he has speed. Also like that he is a triple jumper.
