We did buy an o line. 3 of the 5 starters are transfers. O line recruiting was weak the first few years but our freshmen are good and will contribute. I’m not defending CGE because our line play has been unacceptable but unfortunately the portal isn’t a silver bullet for the entire position group

Subjective on my part but the ACC is perceived as so weak this year I don’t think they should get 3 teams in. Also if notre Dame gets in after losing to Northern Illinois the playoff system is a joke.

I agree we need to hit at the QB position but wouldn’t say last night told us anything about the QB pipeline. Merklinger attempted 5 passes and we ran the ball 55 times
