    Looks like Knoxville southern rock band The Dirty Guv'nahs are playing at Neighborhood Theatre the night before the NC State game in Charlotte.     Friday night Knoxville band the Dirty Guv’nahs are playing at Neigborhood Theatre. Great local venue in the plaza midwood neighborhood, which has lots of cool restaurants and bars in walking distance. Show starts at 7! They put on a great show
