Am I missing something here? What charges was he cleared from? Its simple, he was never charged with a crime. He was only accused of a crime, and with the news today he was cleared from accusations of a crime. I think I am right about this.

That must have been Mr. Jefferson saying that cause he must be scared of his wife to not fight for his son. Apparently he don't get to talk much at home or around his wife, maybe that's why he stays a coach and stays away from her.
