Where are all these folks that had "inside information" or "sources" on Gruden? They don't have the same on Strong? Strong will be a phenomenal hire and will pull us out of the doldrums. IMO.

Let's just say I have been through a coaching change before. Not everyone is happy and to have someone there to, for lack of a better term, "hold it together" is enormous. Someone the guys knew and could trust. I forgot I was on Volnation and not allowed to have an opinion......my apologies.

Obviously Memphis has to be on his radar......but I believe that his ties in St. Louis and Chicago may play an even bigger role.
