If I'm not mistaken, there are a lot of South Pittsburgh guys on other boards that have been using this term for a while. It's spread like wildfire on those message boards. The term pretty much means "beat."

First, you just have to get used to the different styles of FT shooting each player has. When you pull your analog stick down, just let it go about 3/4 before the release. Also, having real FT % will make it much harder to do.
