I think officiating definitely impacted the outcome of the game. With that said, this team has been hard to watch. They have given away most of the games they lost (Florida is just that much better than us). The team has digressed since the start of the season. Not Coach Barnes best coaching job.
Teams in this tournament figured quick the officials were going to let them maul us while calling ghost fouls on us. If NO one at the university has the guts to call this out then what is the point of having an athletic department.
It is PAST time for Danny White to call out this ******** officiating. Every team we play knows they can maul us and get by with it while we get every touch foul called on us.
I think this team has much better talent than the record shows. I still think the lack of a true point guard has held us back. Gillespie gets more than his share of criticism. I think Ament is a generational talent, but to me Gillespie has been the greatest difference this year. We have a lot of...
I have been a fan for 60 years and love to watch them play, but this group sometimes are hard to watch. Losing a game is one thing but giving them away is another.
Like all players he has had good games and bad games. I like the kid and think he has a ton of potential. He struggled against Missouri and Texas A&M. But there were several other games he shined. I look forward to having him back next year. Losing Phillips really hurt us on the defensive end.
i like estrella, he has the prettiest shot on the team. all i said was he like several others have had issues this season with turnovers. i am fully aware he missed last season and has played banged up this year.
turnovers kill them . it is not fair to gillespie to expect him to play point guard and shooting guard. Evans and Boswell don’t handle the ball well enough to play point and poor old estrella plays like he has oil on his hands.
