In 1960 the Dallas Cowboys hired Tom Landry. In his first year they were 0-11-1, the next 4 years didn't produce more than 5 wins each. After that he was given a 10 year contract. I realize Butch isn't Tom Landry, but he is taking us in the right direction. Don't forget that changing coaches...
