You can make numbers look a certain way while adhering to GAAP. Reinvesting profits and depreciating certain ways can vastly skew the final numbers. And they can always reallocate profits to the university where they can offset losses there and disappear.

I think the homeless druggies is what I was referencing, not drug use overall. When walking around those two cities, you see a LOT more homeless strung out people than you do walking around other large cities compared to all other kinds of people. I'm not saying drug use is higher, but...
