Agree to a point...you have to factor in the other guys like Sellers and Lagway that played as FR and SO. To me, those guys aren't break out super star type players. Also, add Arch Manning here...he hasn't looked like a real QB1 option until late this season.

Heupel will kick the tires on a starting QB. By most accounts, G Mac isn't sturdy enough / ready yet. You don't throw Brandon out as QB1 until you see what you have or are pressed to by the circumstances.
