    Foster to Start vs. NIU

i agree, crompton never really looked it in and just stuck it at foster but foster didn't do much to help either.

    Foster to Start vs. NIU

me too and hopefully he could stay healthy. his durability is the only question i have about him.

    Foster to Start vs. NIU

that's right, travis henry. sorry had a brain cramp. sarcastic or not i believe it is something he wants to be known for. 1 and 2 on the rushing list. plus arian has been his guy no matter what.

    Foster to Start vs. NIU

i was not. i wanted to see more of creer and somebody with sub 4.6 speed.

    Foster to Start vs. NIU

i agree with kptvol. i think that is the one thing on his mind now. he wants to coach the all time leading rusher at tennessee.

    Foster to Start vs. NIU

we obviously don't matter as much as we think we do.

    Foster to Start vs. NIU

its just to help him get his yards and get him closer to the record. no one in there right mind can think he's the best option we have at running back.

    Foster to Start vs. NIU

i agree. creer and or hardesty will benefit us with alot more carries. but i understand why he's starting. its a confidence thing to help him to get past the 1 millionth fumble he's had.

    The Root of the Problem

back when we used to blitz at least 7 and play man to man against anyone!! back when chavis wasn't in love with a 2 deep.

    The Root of the Problem

i would be willing to give chavis more credit in 98 than fulmer. our defense was unreal that year!

    Over/Under 70,000.... (merged)

i say 90,000 at best. i was at uab and they said what 98 were there. i found that very hard to believe. the upper deck was not even close to full. they were alot of big empty sections. so i would say definitely no more than 90 unless every one wants to see the krispy kreme kid get out coached...

Does Foster Deserve To Break The Record

you can't tell me he is one of the best we have had. he's not even close. the man is a ball player no doubt, but he is not even close to the talent level we have had in the last 20 years. i was not a big cedric houston fan either but to me they are the same talent level with no break away speed.

Does Foster Deserve To Break The Record

its not necessarily hate. you can't tell me that when it happened saturday the first thing you thought was it had to be foster.

Does Foster Deserve To Break The Record

that is a very good point. i know the main thing i'll remember about him is his fumblitis. he would not even be close if we had 4 years of chuck webb.

Does Foster Deserve To Break The Record

i can't help but think its not a coincidence that this always happens with foster at the most inopportune times. the coaches can sugar coat it all they want to but he cannot hold on to the football.
