Tonight's disaster at MSU probably won't change any opinions. Some people will take this as evidence that he's not a great coach. Some will continue to make excuses. Mullen should not be in our top ten... Especially for the money that he would require. Mediocrity should not cost a fortune.

Mullen was able to get two Mississippi teams to .500 this year.

MSU was favored by more than two touchdowns. Mullen just got beat by instate rivals by an interim HC. No more excuses. We're done with those in Knoxville.

Tonight was a great moral victory. MSU was able to overcome adversity and almost pull out a win against their instate rivals.

Ole Miss is without their starting Qb. And they have an interim coach. And they're under .500.

I have stated quite a few damning facts about Dan Mullen. I have not made up anything. You continually attack other members by calling them names, insulting their intelligence, and implying that they are lying. Please try to be civil.

Doesn't matter. Mullen is not coming here. He told his team he's at MSU next year. Surely he's not a lying coach. Seems like some of our players have problems with our previous coaching staff's honesty.

When considering end of season rankings, Mullen has beaten ONLY 1 team inside of the top 20 in nine years. Compared to 30-something losses. Not good.
