Skipped the workout on Christmas but got my usual Friday and Sunday workouts in. I had to split the Sunday workout into 3 sessions so my performance was probably slightly improved.
I've always wanted to do indoor skydiving. I tried one time a long time ago but I had a brace on my foot and they wouldn't let me. I need to try again sometime.
Sunday workout done. I swapped out weighted dips for deficit push-ups to failure and skipped overhead extensions because I've developed a little tendonitis in my left elbow. Skill successful.
The timer is way wrong because I had to split my exercises up through the day and I forgot to pause it...
Started late, paused after the 1st superset for bedtime with kids and reading the hobbit to my oldest. Resumed after and just finished after 10 pm. The tired lazy part of me whispered sweet words of stopping early but thankfully I didn't.
