Monday workout done. Swapped out squats for leg extensions and skipped the split squats because my lower right back/hip area has been feeling funky. Hopefully that goes away soon, I feel like a bum not doing the two hardest parts of the workout.
After a rest week, new program time. I'm going from a 4 day, full body program (4th day more dedicated arms day) to a 5 day, upper-lower-arms-upper-lower. 1st day in the books. Only toasting half my body at a time is a nice change of pace, at least on today's upper lol.
I decided to make this a mostly rest week before I switch to a new lifting program. This is after ~14 months on more or less the same program. I did go for a short trail run, followed by a hike, then I did some basic, bodyweight calisthenics when I got home. Life is good, fat me used to dream of...
