BMI is definitely garbage if you accrue any decent amount of muscle. Also, that body fat percentage can be wildly inaccurate. Even some of the best, most expensive body fat measurements have a lot of error in the measurement.
Skipped the workout on Christmas but got my usual Friday and Sunday workouts in. I had to split the Sunday workout into 3 sessions so my performance was probably slightly improved.
I've always wanted to do indoor skydiving. I tried one time a long time ago but I had a brace on my foot and they wouldn't let me. I need to try again sometime.
