    Yeah. I'm of the same mindset I just use the cheaper PSA daggers (aka off-brand glock). Anything is better than a p320 apparently.

    I feel ya. I think i strained my QL rucking. It's knocked me out of my squats and RDLs. Injuries suck.

    This is so true, a little more than 1.5 weeks ago I had way too much pizza, chips, and dessert on dnd night with some buddies. I may or may not have eaten 5000+ calories that day..... I bloated up that weekend, but just returned to normal eating. n Now I'm lower than I've ever been and I've had...

    That was pretty much an accurate interpretation. If someone just wants to lose weight, those two things are the easiest things to do in my opinion. Pretty much anyone can punch food in an app and get a few extra steps in if they just want to lose some weight and it will be easier to keep it off...

    Highly recommend just walking and counting your calories to ensure you are in a deficit. It's not fast or flashy but it works.

    My legs and especially quads are still toasted from my Monday workout. I'm not sure if the 1.5 miles of weighted walking that night made the soreness worse but I haven't been this sore in a while. I only do 3 working sets of squats on Mondays but this time it hit me hard.

    I am. 5g/day. I've used ON brand and RAW brand but it doesn't really matter what brand as long as its creatine monohydrate. Just buy the cheapest you can get from a source with a good reputation.
