I don't know but since he caused this 10 year problem I think he should have to work to get it fixed.

8-4 in the West equals 10-2 in the East. Nobody, including Sumlin, will win 10 games total at Tennessee the next 2 years. Once he gets the talent level up to speed I think he can consistently win 8-10 games per year in the East. This thing won't turn around over night though.
