He looks like he’s finally healthy. He was moving like an old man most of the season after foot surgery in the offseason.

Arkansas paid a good bit to get Cam Kozeal to transfer from Vandy. Not sure it’ll ever get HS draftees to turn down going pro if they’re good enough though, but we’re seeing more players go to college every year it seems.

They actually improved without Fland but yeah missing Thiero for sure. But going 0-14 from three today it probably wouldn’t have mattered either way.

I don’t think Arkansas intended for him to be on the bench. He was hurt preseason but most thought he would be a pretty obvious starter this year, his play just hasn’t lived up to it. Arkansas paid about a million for Johnell Davis too and isn’t getting much ROI out of that either.

You might be right but they did stay in the top 5 nearly all regular season last year despite the lack of offense. Hard to do much but improve offensively this year. All depends on how the transfers work out at the plate.

Well, Ole Miss is doing exactly that right now and even Missouri to an extent. It’s not necessarily losing games that hurts Pittman, it’s the way it happens with just undisciplined football. Often outgaining the other team and losing despite looking like the better team. He has an awful record...

Arkansas is in the same boat. Pittman is toast without a crazy incoming portal class.

No telling if he will be there 2-3 years from now but if so should be a nice combo to work with for sure.

Wouldn’t surprise me if he barely plays out of precaution until SEC play. He still wasn’t moving very well in limited minutes the last game. Not sure what the exact injury is (foot area apparently) but it’s taking a while to heal. Arkansas plays Illinois on thanksgiving so if he isn’t close to...

He also lost to Rutgers, Toledo, Texas Tech, etc. at Arkansas despite having quite a few NFL players. It’s just weird how you go to a situation where theoretically all the resources are better for you but no matter the coach some places like Wisconsin just seem to win.
