I agree on the US viewership. Kind of weird though. F1 has tried hard the last couple of years to make in-roads to the US market (restarted Vegas race, renewed Miami, new US team, media blitz) just to potentially cut their viewership.
Yes, they can be slick. I skidded on the boards at the practice football field in the way back to the finish. Tightened up my legs big time. Knew I was close and just nursed them to the finish.
All the races this weekend (full, half, 10k,) go along some part of the Chattanooga Riverwalk. I think the 5k does as well. There are ups and down, especially the South Chickamauga Creek Greenway section of the full. But, it is very well supported on the aid stations and organized...
Booo.... Just boo. Not a fan of this. I get it, it's a big $ deal for both parties.
I, personally, will probably look into a Sky Sports sub (if allowed in US). That way, I could possibly also getting Premiere League, rugby, cricket.
