He's not an assistant but was a heck of a coach and it may be interested in getting back into coaching after a long layoff. Bill Cowher very intense coach and a winning back ground plus he displayed a lot of loyalty when he was at Pittsburgh.

My problem with grudging is if he comes to Tennessee and win instantly then he will have multiple NFL teams all over him and when he leaves we will be back looking for a coach in three years. Right now we need a good solid coach with some loyalty. Everyone knows Gruden's end game is in the NFL.
