Those rankings are according to which GURU YOU PICK on a few of your numbers 23 & 18 some had them higher a few slightly lower.When you take an average of the 2 or 3 main gurus you get a good idea of the average and really they have just had 1 year out of the top 15 every year and I am guessing...
