I don’t know. I can’t hear from the video provided. Usually, LEO are giving verbal commands to those resisting. There were 4 or 5 agents on him, I’m assuming at least one of them was trying to get him to not resist.

Oh please. I’m seeing the event in its entirety. Pretti made poor decisions and resisted prior to his weapon being removed. As stated before, he didn’t deserve what happened and the officer royally screwed up. Now if that’s defending their actions, your reading comprehension skills need work.
