It seems that whatever coach jones decides to focus on coaching in a week improves while other stuff regresses. He focuses on o-line this week and they do well. When he was spending "inordinate" amounts of time on special teams, they were doing well.

I think dobbs runs slow until an obvious hole opens and then tries to accelerate through it. I think that is why he looks slow sometimes. I think that he doesn't like to run full speed if he is trying to avoid a tackle.

You can't really predict players' potentials. I read an article where Tom Brady had to struggle to become a starting qb at his college.(or something like that)
