Thank you for the kind words! Hard fought game!
Ignore the stupid chants in the crowd. We are all aware that the top SEC teams can beat us. Hopefully we can make it to the big game this year to find out.
It isn't a big secret. You stop the Oregon offense just like you do any other good team. Your defensive line needs to dominate and the backs need to play tight.
I think this could be said about the league as a whole. It feels like offenses just have more of the upper hand with the incredibly fast/athletic offensive players playing in new schemes that use space better.
What a surprise! The #2 team in the country actually has good players. Just because a team isn't in the SEC doesn't mean they don't have fast/big players.:P
The ducks didn't look impressive running up the middle last week, but they don't always need to do that to win games. The coaches decided to run to the outside and throw more screens and bubbles to create space. Once that starts working, the running game opens up in the second half. To beat...
All coaches tend to speak very highly of future opposing teams, but I'm sure he is letting his team know that this game will be a challenge. The vols are by far the best team we have faced so far in this early part of the season. He needs to get his guys pumped for a good game.
