Ever since that press conference, I've been a fan of Gundy, and he has my complete respect. Players love playing for a coach like him. There's no question that he's got the team's back. So if somehow he ends up in Knoxville, he'll have my complete support. I don't see him leaving OkState though.

IMO, there's no way you pass on Gruden because of the staff budget. They can't be that far apart. The fans would run Hart out of town if they found out he didn't hire Gruden because he wanted an extra million or so to hire an all star staff. I can see a $3-4 million difference being a issue but...
