Absolutely and it sounds like team leaders are tired of his crap as well. Losing a locker room will be 100 times worse than losing Boo freaking Carter. If half what is being reported is true you simply have to move on. Especially on the heels of the Nico nonsense.
The writing has been on the wall with this guy since December. Any time there’s this must smoke there is always some fire. Time to cut bait and move on with players that adhere to a standard. He’s simply not worth the trouble.
Trust your gut. Sounds cliche but I have found you generally know what is the right decision pretty quickly. The Lord can open some pretty amazing doors out of nowhere sometimes. You just need to be sure that the Lord is who opened the door. Will pray that it becomes clear for you and your family.
Well said and the message is clear that ball is the most important thing in life. More important than school, your faith and pretty much everything else in life. Bad message to send to your kids. Most parents do it out of great love for their kids but teaching your children priorities and...
This is spot on and great advice. As someone who can struggle with anxiety this is something I tell myself every morning when I get up. Hard to do but if you really do it and embrace it can be incredibly freeing.
We just had good luck with ours and very few people had them around here back then. I really liked my brothers Brat. Go around Asheville today and Subarus are everywhere.
My brother had a Subura Brat in the early 80’s. He worked out west as a hotshot fire fighter for 3 summers and drove it out there every time. Thing was ahead of its time with the seats in the bed. My first car was the Subaru sedan. Great cars.
He’s batting .350 this year with 10 home runs and 60 RBI’s which leads the team. All career highs. Plus he’s a boss in the outfield. This team has some shortcomings but Hunter is not one of them.
My guess is reality was a lot more in the middle than the two narratives going around about Nico. Probably were some signs but nothing to the extreme picture being painted by some now. Just human nature to trash someone who leaves your team. I do think blaming the family for everything is pretty...
Touchback unless blinded by extreme orange tinted bias. I was at the game and could tell watching the replay on the Jumbotron. Actually was the norm during that era of Tennessee football.
Yeah, more guys on the team need to follow his lead. He actually goes with the pitch and doesn’t try to pull everything. Plus he’s a boss in the field. This team is simply not fundamentally sound. Give up way too many cheap runs. They give up 2-3 cheapies every single game. Almost pulled it out...
Good point and Tony has really spoiled us. This team is just really bad in terms of fundamentals. They are really easy to manufacture runs against. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a team this bad at holding runners on base. Still have a good chance to host a regional which isn’t all bad. They just...
