Went by campus yesterday so I stopped and took a few pics of the ongoing construction. Tiurf is almost installed. I wish they could have the "dirt" areas a little lighter brown to simulate real dirt. Looks like brick will be going up soon down the third base line.

By my count we are still at 40. If 37 is the number, 3 more have to leave. Maybe the DSA number got adjusted some or some other work around is found. With the Haas kid having had surgery, i wonder if he might delay till next year. That may not be possible though.

I'm a season ticket holder and I certainly want TV to remain. I will say that he is on record as saying don't come to TN with your hand out looking for money if you're in the portal. I took that to mean he wanted people who loved the competition. Maybe a shortage of funds played into that as...

My guess for why they wouldn't go to 40 would be because of Title IX. I think they have to fund an additional scholarship on the women's side for each scholarship on the men's side. That said, I think UT can afford to add the extra, but I guess it wouldn't be cheap.

Are y'all referring to Brooks Wright at catcher? If so, he is in the portal and probably won't be on the team next year.

I think Ben Martin has hit the portal. Think he was the kid who reclassified and then redshirted. Already looking elsewhere.
