It's no coincidence that Southern states have the lowest incomes, the highest poverty, the worst economies (minus Texas and Florida), the highest unemployment rates, the lowest life expectancies, and have the least healthy populations. But seriously, do some research on it.

It is more than the south, but the south is the highest concentration. Fortunately the southern governors cut off the enhanced unemployment benefits. They always do what's best for their residents.
