The NCAA can't. That's the point. Anything like that would require an anti-trust exemption from Congress. Granted it's their fault anyway for dragging the player NIL case through the court instead of relenting but it's still congress that has to act at this point
Florida, Alabama, and personally for me I include Kentucky. I've had multiple bosses in my lifetime that were Kentucky fans so I get a special joy out of beating them in every sport.
Sure and I'm sure there Are players that feel the same way. Hell I took a pay cut for a 9-5 2 years ago. I'm not going to fault a guy for doing what he thinks he needs to do to better himself. I'm a fan of Tennessee athletics but I'm also realistic.
Just because someone isn't a good HC doesn't mean they aren't a proven OC. they're a head coach because they were a proven coordinator a lot of the times.
