For how much Barnes teams generally play well against calipari and heck even Nate oats teams. Barnes has a Pope problem. Pope has beaten Barnes pretty handily 3/4 times and likely going to win in Rupp.

After a certain point just gotta stop watching these games when there's zero joy and horribly stupid ways to lose. I hope still find a way to make the tourney and I'll follow again in March but I'm out. Better use of my time than this.

Vols usually have caught Kentucky at rock bottom and lost in regular season last couple of years so maybe this will be a change of pace this year. Pope had Ricks number 2/3 games last year so will be tough Saturday.

Honestly I think consistency is big issue with all the bigs right now. Seems like each game one of them is having great game and another is having horrible game. Yesterday probably worst game I've seen Estrella play in a while though.

Yesterday was the first time Ament didn't look like a deer in headlights and shot all of his free throws confidently. Hopefully it lasts and he'll be able to be consistently counted on.

Every season could be his last so enjoy him while we got him. He's certainly recruiting high school kids 2026 and 2027 like he's sticking around.

This is the most mentally weak Rick Barnes coach team I've ever seen. Truly unwatchable when they mentally fold like this

Just make the tournament and maybe something crazy happens with matchups. This team as constructed does not possess ability to win on the road to get SEC championship.

Vols already have 2 tweener forwards. I guess Barnes just wants a bunch of wings this class.

At this point, just make the NCAA tournament and hope for great matchups. I don't think consistency is going to be this teams strong suit for SEC championship but they have talent to maybe go on a run in March.
