    Yes, Fedora can recruit. He routinely had one of the top 3 classes in C-USA at USM and his first true class at UNC is ranked as high as 16 depending on which site you go to. With the resources available to him at UT, he will bring in top 10 classes. He has ties all over the south including Texas...
