One thing CPJ says to his players/recruits is that he wants 100% dedication. Once they verbally commit, then he doesn't allow them to even talk to other schools. He has pulled many scholarships in the past for this.

I see it as he is not wanting them to jump on the first good thing out there. Someone doesn't go for the first car they see when buying a new one. They shop around to get the "perfect" one. Whether they choose UGA and Vandy, at least, in his opinion, they "shopped" around. IMO
