    New Commit- WR Ryan Jenkins

    ESPN has Ryan Jenkins as a 4 star WR and he is in the top ESPN 300. That's great news. But I can't believe Dooley's staff didn't offer him cause he's a Vol legacy, his dad played here as a corner. Coach Jones sent him an offer 3 days after he arrived in Knoxville. CBJ is doing work.
