The speculation has gone to the heads of every one on this site and you are all justifying maybe a poor decision to let go of such a good defensive staff. Only time will tell what truely happens in Tennessee but for lanes sake something good had better happen with the vols cause they will not...

Once again, speculation and wishful thinking, what else would a new coach say after firing the defensive staff, he obviously wants it to go in a diferent direction.

As much as I have disliked gruden over the years because of some of the choices he has made for my Bucs, I think he would make a great coach for the Vols. The reallity of the situation is that Gruden will probably never take a college coaching job with the thought that it would be working...
