Awaka’s averaged twice as many minutes in his two years at Arizona (20 mpg) than he did at TN (10 mpg). He still gets his share fouls for sure, but it doesn’t hold him back from leading the team by a good margin in rebounding. He’s also the best 6th man in CBB IMO.
Dewayne Brown has great hands...
i believe a lack of playing time while at TN was more of an issue than money and that’s why they moved on. It’s two positions we could really use players of their quality.
They’re about as good on the basketball court as the football team was on the field. Sorry, but whether you like it or not that’s average.
Well what happens next week when it counts the most. My guess is we’ll be done the first weekend.
Ha! I started a thread back in December about how this team sure could use Carr and Awaka and several geniuses on here mocked me and totally downplayed their transfers.
Pretty sure I’ve been proven right.
OP is correct because this is a very average team, I’d equate it to being about as good...
Evidently the folks questioning some of Elander’s tactics don’t read Volquest. They treat the guy like he’s the second coming.
I guess getting inside information comes with a price.
