I don’t know how Frederick is going to do here, but he would have been the more logical choice to me to start that last inning.

I agree. But I don’t think many are asking him to do that. Of course fans are going to complain though about losing an opening series to Kent State (if that’s happens).

You have to be able to make that play. Going to be a long year if you can’t count on your catcher to throw down to second.

Cant imagine they fill them all. The max was 85 last year I think. I don’t think we will ever fill a 105 man roster. Not enough money to go around.

The staff knows what they got. And they seem content to roll with him. There’s no point in recruiting HS QBs if you have no intent to ever give them a shot. Feels like they were good with Leavitt (possibly best QB in college, if healthy) or Gmac.

We would take him back but he’d spend a lot of time on the sideline.
