I wonder if we are going to see the end of academic requirements since the only path to a career in the nfl is through college. With all of the students rights to earn money these days, doesn’t everyone get a chance to earn money?

Hey if you take away the 9 points we gave bama, and score the touchdown we should have from the pick six play, the score is 27 28, at bama. Tn will handle a low scoring Ky team, no worries.

I agree and it puzzles me that a team like LSU has a reputation for recruiting wr and dbs. It’s not the same coaching staff as before. Why do people think LSU is good at developing wrs and dbs just because they are LSU!

We can recruit at an elite level at qb, ol, wr and dl but we have never been able to bring in the top db talent. Eric Berry being the only exception in my memory.

Not only that but they don’t even talk about the Vols that much. They are more into pro ball and betting (and hearing their own voice) than talking Big Orange.

We’re going to loose maybe 4 DTs this year. Behind them we’re looking a little thin. Unless a few of our current SDEs are planning on switching to DT, we could use another one. Are we still in communication with Elijah?

I’m thinking if we loose 3 early and finish strong with wins over Bama and Georgia, that would be the only way we would be considered. Still not likely though. Even with 10 wins, it will need to be Bama or Georgia as one of the wins.

One good thing about Seldon’s injury is it is not his legs that are affected. He won’t have as long of an adjustment as far as conditioning is concerned. He should come up to speed very quickly when he returns.
