I think there’s also something to be said for having cheap players at the end of your bench who are good locker room guys but maybe notch contributors at this level. Duke and UCONN are 2 schools that come to mind that just took players who definitely aren’t at the level of most of their roster...

Scholarship limits are going to 15, if they haven’t already…there was a report that Tennessee is funding all roster spots already.

The staff is actively trying to add someone, they feel they need more at guard…if they knew the answer to 5th year it would certainly make it easier but as SF said they have to proceed right now as if those 2 guys won’t be here.

Gotcha, maybe that’s Claude although idk what the tie is…outside of that it would seemingly have to be someone signed elsewhere and those guys are starting to show up to campus which I would think now makes them extremely unlikely.
