Burg was on a summer league roster, so now we’re nit picking a bit…college baseball and hockey players get drafted and return, I get it’s new and different, but where do you draw the line ultimately? I don’t see much difference with this guy and Burg, it’s not like we’re talking about a guy...

What’s different with him and Burg? Just that Burg didn’t get drafted??

Correct, playing in the NBA seems to be the cut off, as well as being within 4-5 years of your high school class age. Burg entered the 2024 NBA Draft iirc, so this is no different except for the fact that this guy got drafted, but neither player a minute in the league. This guy was also putting...

    2026 Vols Basketball Target List

Yea, don’t think that’s a crazy take…he clearly will need to get bigger and stronger, but hard not to see some nice upside there. Those guys don’t grow on trees, considering the low asking price and area ties he’d be a take all day for me.

All 3 of those guys need to continue to be more aggressive, it will only open things up further for everyone else. They don’t need to try and take guys 1-1, but be ready to shoot, don’t just be automatically looking to make a pass before even catching it.

I don’t remember who the 3 were, but we play 3 guards for a good chunk last night…about 15/40 minutes

Kansas and Syracuse were also smaller teams that we weren’t nearly as successful against either though

Gillespie and Abram were 12/12 from the FT line, rest of the team was 6/16.

He did use the word great, but I agree and had a similar thought reading his post…the offense was really good, 1 of the better showings on that side of the ball this year, you hit your free throws and were pushing close to 100 in this game. We shot the ball very well from everywhere on the...
