Of course, no one is making him go to school. but if he can get a scholly at KSU, but cant receive the funds b/c Dooley is trying to send a message, then yes, they're out of thousands of dollars. Just b/c nobody is 'making' BB go to school, doesn't mean they wont be out of thousands of dollars.
