Disagree - not top 10 under any measure. I think you could argue for historic top 20 program by most stats, maybe top 15 in some statistics.

Probably not, but this sounds like a straw man argument. We all knew that his kryptonite coming into Tennessee was that he threw al ot of picks. But a tumor on the arm, cancerous or not, could still cause issues with accuracy, depending on the type of tumor, location, impacted muscles or nerves...
