Great situation for him, honestly. Goff played better than expected last year but he is a rollercoaster. That gives Hooker time to get healthy and learn in the wings. Hooker could inherit a talented offense.

I don't think it's an upgrade...yet. They will keep Tannehill for this season and hand off the keys to Levis the next season with hopes that he reaches his potential.

His route tree is limited and needs to get stronger. He'll go in the second. Those smaller WRs drafted are slot guys.

I'd say unless we can get a solid backup at TE from the portal, I think taking a raw, very athletic guy would be good. If CJH can develop him it could add to an even more lethal scheme.

As much as you don't want to admit it, he was the best chance. All the other QBs behind him were just as underdeveloped and incapable as he was.
