    Bracketology Update

Ah, I see the narrative has changed a bit over the years after predicting UCONN would waste away in such a lousy conf. because of poor competition. Well they were just in the toughest conference, only 4 years ago, that sent 3 teams to the f4 in it's last year b4 the big shuffle. So that whole...

    Are you going to watch?

Just to add on about passing, look at the difference. Assist totals told the story too. "UConn had a whopping 399 in passes in the National Championship Game, compared to only 165 for Syracuse. Connecticut’s passing game was led by the back and forth combination of Moriah Jefferson and Breanna...

Doc Jeff and Heather morning show (Lady Vols)

Stack the deck in their favor lol you can do better. It's time to come up with a new excuse. The #1 OOC schedule (teams they actually choose to play). They have no control over the AAC. Although they did manage to play a USF team (that was ranked all season) 3 times. at Ohio State Kansas...

    tweets from Diamond's father

"There was never any doubt she was the kind of talent coming out of high school that could have kind of a Maya [Moore] impact on a program," Auriemma said. "It was managing all the other stuff that went along with it that was going to be an issue for wherever she went."

    Holly is not the problem.

Diamond not being coached the right way? Maybe she doesn't want to be coached at all. IIRC she went to UNC because she said the coaches wouldn't try to change the way she played. And if that's the leader of your team, maybe she's rubbing off onto the others.

    Holly is not the problem.

No trolling, just listen as a fan of the game. From 2:20 to 3:20. https://youtu.be/LoKVrUumXVg Holly needs to be more demanding. Standing with her arms folded on the sideline and occasionally stomping her feet is not getting it done. If they're not doing what you ask of them, sit them down...

    Is it ever Holly's Fault?

C'mon man you guys bring up UCONN on this board more than the visiting fans with all your hypotheticals. (Imagine if Geno had this talent lol. IMO most of the current LV wouldn't even play for UCONN. Poor passers, low bball IQ, poor shooting, and so on) So I guess you guys love them as well...

    Is it ever Holly's Fault?

Since 2000 UCONN has 9 NC, LV has 2. I think that's considered dominance.

    Practice begins

Draya reminds me of Kelly Faris. When it comes to the defensive end of the court nothing needs to be said, but on offense can always use a little encouragement. & I feel as though once Draya gets confidence in her shooting she will excel much like Kelly did. However, if your coach philosophy is...

SEC Preseason Picks: Tennessee #2, Diamond 1st Team

Sure the players around Stewie make her look good but she does the same for them in return. I'm pretty sure you can make your case for Diamond without trying to diminish Stewie's talent. You bring up the championship game and her "8 points" (so happy offense isn't the only way to help your team...

    Lady Vols Top Lithuanians

I agreed with the poster who said the MOV wouldn't be 50. Yes, but as you noted, she was still just a freshman.

Well I suspect you would be wrong about Geno. What holly is doing right now, Geno did the same 4 or 5 years ago on their tour to Italy as well. He knew what he would get from his best players, so he played the reserves more.
