There is no doubt the Lady Vols are loaded with talent. What we seem to be lacking is developmental coaching. I dunno, it seems they arrive on campus playing at the best level they will ever be. We don't have a player on the court that has improved from the returning players from last year...

Come on Coach, Show some emotion on the court. Get in the face of the players and be the coach not their friend. Heck maybe even get a technical from the officials. Demand hustle on every play of every game but also show the players you have their back and you will fight for them also.
