The scheduler did you no favors by putting your open date after your third game. You'll play your final nine games without a break.... and you'll be working your way through some tough teams in October. Could be running on fumes by the time you hit November. Good thing you close with Vandy &...
From a Vol perspective this post is on the right track. Naturally I hope the score is such that Vol fans decide to leave early.
IMO projections like 30K+ Bama fans in Neyland are off the wall. However, if enough Vol fans leave, 20K loud Bama fans seems like a stadium take-over.
Wish I...
USCe showed the world that Bama can be beaten. TN will be rested and Bama will be running on fumes. Furthermore, Saban respects Dooley. I just don't see Saban running up the score... and that's assuming running up the score will even be an option for him.
I just hope Bama gets out with a win.
IMO this game is BSU's ticket to the BCSCG. Beat VaTech and there's nothing but cupcakes the rest of the way to an undefeated season. (OK... maybe Oregon State doesn't fall into the cupcake category.. but just barely misses.) Political rumblings left over from last year will make it hard for...
Broke two ribs in the Florida game. Severe pain whenever he passed the ball. Bama's game plan against Texas was adjusted accordingly.
He's healthy for the upcoming season.
The three-inch vertical was wasted. He blocked it with his armpit.

Dunno about saving our season... Depends whether the kick would have been good. Glad we didn't get to find out.
Weak Big 12 team... whatever.
White Out - If your travel arrangements are locked in for the 3rd weekend (Sat. Oct. 16), TN isn't an option as the Vol faithful have pointed out. However, the following teams have home games that weekend...

Bama vs. Ole Miss
Auburn vs. Arky
LSU vs. McNeese...
1. TN goes bowling - Agree. 6-6 regular season; wins bowl.
2. Richt fired - Nope.
3. 5 SECW teams better than all but FL in SECE - Nope. USCe & UGA will both be better than the MS schools.
4. LSU, Arky, & OM beat someone they're not supposed to. Probably. Hope it isn't Bama...

Overall I'd answer "Yes" to the OP's question.
The state of Florida can support two or even three top-twenty teams. This past decade or so, Florida caught the perfect storm of (a) great coaches (Spurrier/Meyer); plus (b) benefitting from Miami's NCAA troubles and FSU's coaching malaise. IMO...
