I don't have any info... but I speculate the slow response is due to giving the NCAA some time to implement new "guidance" as the injunction decision will go the way of Tennessee and Virginia. If it were going the way of the NCAA the extended pause doesn't make SENSE, to me.

After reading Mars's response to the court... It's a done deal. The TRO will be granted Tuesday. He also requested the NCAA rule allowing it to investigate past NIL situations be ruled as unlawful and added to the injunction.

IMO. Because the lawsuit is a slam dunk. The NCAA didn't have the foresight to build a workable container for NIL prior to loosing the Alston case. It's trying to hold on to the ways of old, and it's failing. Reform is required. Collusion infers wrong doing. I see nothing wrong with calling...
