I think that’s the biggest reason why Big Kat has yet to make an official decision. I’d think with Felton out of the picture due to him being tied to violations, he won’t be working at the collegiate level anytime soon. So assuming Steele is kept, I think Big Kat will be a Vol.

Believe he was injured and missed a season, but checked his stats on ESPN, and he was 76.2% on FG’s through 3 years at USC so not bad. At the very least an experienced guy with power 5 kicking experience to go along with talented freshman kicker JT Carver coming in.

Honestly, screw Tee if he's gonna act bitter. He's had ample opportunities to come back to Tennessee. Fact is, he just doesn't have the resume to justify offering him the head coaching gig. He doesn't even have the keys to call all of the plays at USC.

Chad Morris is the better overall coach between the two trust me.
