guys, i make these signs from time to time. i make them in batches of 6, and i have a couple of them left. i make them out of 1/2 inch MDF, which is then spray painted orange, and the lettering is a sticker. they measure about 26x6, and are exactly accurate as far as the shape of tennessee...
